And I think this looks wonderful! I think you made a big improvement with the poses and angles from your last image. <3
However, I'm really gunna complement the character designs on these two since you already know how much I love these. I like the lack of eyes. It eludes to a time back in the pilgrimage of New England where they made a statue of two men and two women, each facing North, South, east, west, whatever. You get the idea. The men had eyes carved in, the women didn't. The men had weapons, the women didn't. The men wore pants, the women didn't. You get the idea. For a long time, historians thought this was because women were considered lesser beings; this was not true (well not entirely. go with me on this.) It was because women were considered to see into the future with their intuition, and thus loose the ability to see and work in the present. Thus they were refused weapons that would effect the present and protected as precious beings. Interesting, no? They figured this all out just because a couple chicks didn't have eyes. Mind, it's been three years since I saw those statues so I've prolly got this jumbled a bit, but that's essentially it. Always thought that was a cool trait though. [/ramble]
